These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradeDraftAI ("TradeDraft," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
TradeDraft provides AI-assisted proposal drafting for HVAC contractors. Generated output is a draft. You are solely responsible for reviewing pricing, scope, code compliance, licensing requirements, and legal adequacy of any proposal before sending it to a client. TradeDraft is not a party to contracts between you and your clients.
2. Accounts & access
One subscription covers one company account. The account owner is responsible for all activity under that account. Keep login credentials confidential.
Credential sharing is prohibited. You may not share login credentials or account access with anyone who is not part of your organization. Subcontractors, temporary workers, or outside partners are not automatically included on your paid team. If someone needs access under special circumstances, contact us at admin@tradedraftai.com first — do not assume they may use your account.
3. Billing
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe. Early-bird pricing remains in effect while your subscription stays active. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the paid period. New accounts receive 15 free proposal generations with no credit card required. Referral credits (such as free months) are applied when eligible referrals subscribe; see in-app referral terms for details.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use TradeDraft for unlawful purposes, to resell generated output as a competing proposal-generation service, or to disrupt or abuse the platform.
5. Intellectual property
You own the proposals you generate. TradeDraft owns the platform, templates, software, and branding.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." AI output may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages.
7. Governing law
TradeDraftAI is operated from Texas. Where applicable, disputes are governed by the laws of your state of residence or primary business location, not solely Texas law, except where federal law applies. If a conflict arises, contact us first at admin@tradedraftai.com.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms with notice (including by posting an updated version on this page). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
