Roadmap

One operating system for the small shop, released one killed all-nighter at a time. The plan is to give the independent contractor everything the big consolidators have — without the price tag and without selling out to get it.

Phase 1.Proposals & the revenue loop

Today + coming next
  • Proposals — the first piece, live now. Walk the job, and the proposal is done before you're back in the truck.
  • E-signature and instant acceptance, so a proposal becomes a closed deal without a second app.
  • Auto-invoicing and payments, so getting paid doesn't mean chasing anyone.
  • Follow-up automation for unanswered proposals — most small shops simply never follow up.
  • A review engine, so a paid job becomes your next five-star review.

Phase 2.The front office

Next
  • An AI receptionist that answers every call and text in the shop's name and books the appointment.
  • Smart scheduling and dispatch sized for a 1-to-10 truck shop.
  • Photo-to-quote, so the homeowner texts a photo and gets a ranged estimate to approve.
  • Customer memory — a lightweight CRM that builds itself from calls, proposals, and invoices.

Phase 3.The back office

After that
  • Trade-native bookkeeping with job costing and truck-level profitability.
  • A cash-flow guardian — receivables chasing and seasonal cash forecasting.
  • Parts and supplier intelligence, with purchase orders generated from accepted proposals.
  • Compliance autopilot for permits, license renewals, and inspections.

Phase 4.Ownership & legacy

The long arc
  • A maintenance and recurring-revenue engine, so the shop becomes something worth owning.
  • A business scorecard that values the shop as an asset, not just income.
  • Apprentice onboarding and captured knowledge of how the shop works.
  • Succession and exit — a way for a shop to be handed to somebody instead of just closing.

The roadmap is a compass, not a promise of dates. Nothing ships until the piece before it is earning its keep.
