• Proposal inputs (job descriptions, client details) and generated proposal outputs
• Usage metrics (e.g., generations used, trial status)
• Payment status via Stripe — we never store full card numbers
• Referral activity when you use the referral program

2. How we use data

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the proposal service
• Generate proposals (job descriptions are sent to our AI provider for processing)
• Process billing and support requests
• Send transactional email (verification, account notices)

We do not use your proposal content or job descriptions to train AI models.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate TradeDraft (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI inference). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention & deletion

We retain account and proposal data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing admin@tradedraftai.com. Some records may be retained where required for billing, security, or legal compliance.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your rights
